You will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated range of evidence based, recovery oriented services across the multidisciplinary Country Health SA Local Health Network Mental Health Service. Providing integrated clinical mental health care that is appropriate to the needs of consumers and the local community in the South East region, you will work across community, acute and rehabilitation service settings. You will utilise and develop a combination of preventative, early intervention, therapeutic and evaluative approaches, including individual and family therapeutic approaches, group programs, health promotion and community development programs. You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. You must be enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or hold a qualification in Mental Health practice. Demonstrating a commitment to meeting the needs of mental health consumers, you will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a rural healthcare setting. You will work well within a multidisciplinary team and bring the ability to use modern digital and mobile technology in the pursuit of effective and responsive mental health care.
